Be careful guys, don't trus AskGamblers ratings because it totally corrupted, you can spend 15 minutes and check top casinos and see that rating is bullshit!

    Yes, thats true. A lot of scam casinos on ASK, a lot of bullshit with unfair rules.

    that was a fair complaint. doesn't matter how those rules ended up being posted on the website. what matters is that it was clearly stated in the rules at the time you were playing that they offer cashback, casino should've paid for their own employee mistake then, not at the expense of the player.

    oshi also has one unresolved complaint for $9000 and yet they are certified by askgamblers.

    As a direct representative of Oshi Casino, I can confirm that this player in the video has obviously misunderstood the whole conversation on the AG Complaint thread.

    At the time of this false line of code being published in the T&Cs, Oshi Casino had a live notice up on site, stating that no cashback offers are currently being given away - a LIVE notice.

    Leveraging a casino publicly after you've been offered 10% Cashback as compensation is not the way to go - not many players are offered 10% Cashback on an invalid complaint after calling a casino **** in public grounds.

    AskGamblers are fair and always have been - they actually protect their players from Operators who live off the blood of innocent customers.

    Are you really stupid? In was INFORMATION ON THE SITE! If it would be regular player (not me as well) - you even will not answer him, but now you are scare, because i am not simple player and trying to post some shit about this....

    Are you understand, that i LOST my 6000 euro without any bonuses, everythink what you were need - to pay me my fucking 1200 euro on account, but you - disagree, it's you choice! I don't want to talk or have any deal with your casino anymore, your casino will be ALWAYS in blacklist of all my sites, it's will be good lesson how to business... This is my path to clear and give to community FAIR info about all shit what's going in the gambling area now

    marko, the terms and conditions are always above any "notice up on site". what is written in terms and conditions is in force right here and right now, everything else is inferior. as I said before, you paid for your own mistake at the expense of a player.
