The United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) entered the online gambling market in 2014. Prior to that the commission had been in charge of land-based gambling within the United Kingdom. When the British government decided to collect taxes from the online gambling operators, who wanted to accept British players, the commission was invested with authority to choose gambling operators to be allowed to the UK market. 

Their technical standards for online gambling operators and software developers are amongst the highest out of all jurisdictions, which makes UKGC to be a strong indicator that the players can enjoy truly fair games. 

The UKGC doesn???t work with players??? complaints. They forward complaints to associated services of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). That???s why ADR used by a casino matters. Our current experience shows that some ADRs offer better support than the others. Still, we haven???t got a chance to test all ADR services.
